With the upcoming election, there is a lot of conversation about whether to raise taxes or lower them. Folks, we’re in a worldwide economy now and the U.S. lags significantly behind the rest of the world in its corporate tax trend, paying the second highest marginal rate of 39.3% only behind Japan.
Which country ships more software than any other? Which country has the
lowest corporate tax rate in the world at 12.5%? If you answered Ireland for both, you’re right. Just check out Ireland’s growth in gross domestic product. What is it about those low taxes and high growth rates you don’t like?
